The Puerto Rico Gaming Commission is the government agency responsible for the regulation and oversight of the industries of games of chance, horse racing, sports betting, and route-operated machines, pursuant to Act No. 81-2019, as amended, better known as the “Puerto Rico Gaming Commission Act,” and the regulations currently in force.

Among our functions is regulating online betting and all types of games and betting permitted by law within our jurisdiction. In addition, we undertake the task of establishing administrative mechanisms, guiding the development of the bureaus, and ensuring a safe and transparent environment for the gaming industry in Puerto Rico.

Navigating is very easy; you can view the services for which appointments are offered. Once you select the service, it will present additional services within that category. By selecting them, you can view the required documents and related information. At the bottom, you can click on the calendar to schedule an appointment.
How to request an appointment?

Choose the service you are interested in, then you can view one or more related sub-services and proceed to select the one you are interested in. After reading the information about the requirements, you can click on the calendar to schedule the appointment.
Is the appointment by hour or by arrival order?

We will do our best to attend to you as close as possible to your appointment time. Arrival order does not apply.
Can I cancel an appointment?

Yes, to cancel your appointment, you must click on the CANCEL APPOINTMENT link at the top of the page. You will enter your email and appointment number to proceed with confirming the cancellation.
